LINOLUNA is an boutique design store specialising in home decor, paper goods and accessories and based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our products are heavily influenced by Scandinavian, retro and vintage designs and sourced from independent artisans and shops from all over the world as well as produced locally. The fact that we value designs and highly respect artisans has become our unique selling proposition as a company. As our customer base continues to grow and we are now taking on exciting new partnerships and opportunities, we are looking to bring on more talented people to join our team.
Strong interest in home decoration, art and design is the key characteristic that we are looking for. Store Manager – Full-time
The Store Manager will be responsible in initiating seasonal sales and marketing strategies, short-term and long-term merchandising, and visual display. The daily tasks of the Store Manager will include creating sales reports, achieving daily sales targets, managing stock transfers, assisting inventory counts and arranging work shifts of sales executives. You will work on standard business days, from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. A good English communication skill is required and basic knowledge in any East Asian languages (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) or Western European languages (French, German, Spanish) will be an advantage.
Sales Executives – Full-time
The Sales Executives are responsible to keep our retail store going. The daily routines will be focused on assisting customers, finalising sales behind the cashier desk, stocktaking and maintaining inventory. This job will require working in 8-hour shifts, from 9am to 5pm and/or from 2pm to 10pm, with flexible working days. We are specifically looking for applicants with a passion in home decorating and design. Fresh graduates, final-year students, and students looking for side jobs are encouraged to apply.
