LINOLUNA is an boutique design store specialising in home decor, paper goods and accessories and based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our products are heavily influenced by Scandinavian and vintage designs and sourced from independent artisans and shops from all over the world as well as produced locally. The fact that we value designs and highly respect artisans has become our unique selling proposition as a company. As our customer base continues to grow and we are now taking on exciting new partnerships and opportunities, we are looking to bring on more talented people to join our team.
Strong interest in home decoration, art and design is the key characteristic that we are looking for. Buyer/Merchandiser – Full-time
– a Bachelor degree
– great interest in home decor, art/design and fashion
– strong negotiation and communication skill
– good in analysing numbers and spreadsheets
– past experience in a similar industry is appreciated
As the Buyer/Merchandiser, you ensure that products are consigned at the right sales channels, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. You are also responsible to accurately forecast trends, plan stock level, monitor performance, and initiate promotion campaigns and markdowns when necessary. The duties will also include producing layout plans for stores, generating monthly sales reports, meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock by negotiating cost prices, ordering stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates. You will work from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. A good English communication skill is required.
Web Developer – Full-time
– a Bachelor degree in IT

Our webstore is one of our key sales channels. As a Web Developer you are responsible in ensuring that our webstore runs smoothly and efficiently. Programming skills for both front-end and back-end interfaces of the website are required. You will work from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
Production Creative – Full-time

We are looking for fresh faces in our production team to grow and develop our in-house brands and products. Responsibilities of the Production Creative ranges from sourcing materials, supervising and monitoring manufacturing processes, and quality checking. Our in-house production team currently focuses on home textiles and kids fashion products. Skills related to fashion design, textile design, textile production and printmaking are highly appreciated. You will work from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
Sales Executive – Full-time
– SMA/D3 graduate

The Sales Executives are responsible to keep our retail store going. The daily routines will be focused on assisting customers, finalising sales behind the cashier desk, stocktaking and maintaining inventory. This job will require working in 8-hour shifts, from 9am to 5pm and/or from 2pm to 10pm, with flexible working days. We are specifically looking for applicants with a passion in home decorating, crafts, and design. Fresh graduates, final-year students, and students looking for side jobs are encouraged to apply.
